LEICESTER’S Championship play-off quarter-final against Scunthorpe will now take place at the Paul Chapman & Sons Arena this TUESDAY (Oct 12, 7.30pm).
The second leg tie was frustratingly postponed on Saturday after the ambulance broke down en route to the stadium, with the issue unable to be resolved in time for the meeting to take place.
Initial hopes were that the meeting could be swiftly re-arranged for Sunday, but this proved to be impossible, and it will therefore now take place on Tuesday.
The club would like to apologise to all supporters for a situation which was out of their hands, and thank everyone for their patience.
Tickets from Saturday will naturally be valid for the re-arrangement.
